PERTH CAR HIRE

Kilometres - Daily rates include 150 kilometers per day. Excess kilometers are charged at $0.25/km to a maximum of $12.50/day. We leave this option open until the return of the vehicle and then select the cheapest option for you.Our rental boundaries extend from Kalbarri to Albany. Permission must be obtained before going to areas outside these areas or unlimited is
forfeited. Vehicles are fitted with tracking devices to ensure our boundaries are kept.

Delivery & Return - Our customised Airport Service is available 24 hours a day. Alternatively you can return your rental vehicle directly to our depot in person during office hours, which is open 7 days a week. This is included in the quote if selected .We offer an Airport and local Hotel drop off and return courtesy service, free of service charge. However a fee for parking each time at the Aiport is required by the authorities. A vehicle return service to same is also available courtesy free from Airport & local Hotel. Each one hour period over booking time is calculated at 1/4 of a days hire. Over 4 hours is an extra days rental.

Limitation Boundaries - Our limitation and insurance boundaries extend as far north to the Kalbarri region and south to the Albany region. Special concessions can be made upon request for car hire to extend beyond these boundaries enabling remote use and Collision Damage Liability (C.D.L.). Vehicle must be returned full of fuel or charges will apply. Most vehicles are fitted with tracking devices to ensure our boundaries are kept. Cars cannot be driven on unsealed roads.

Collision Damage Liability - Is $2000 unless a Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.) is selected.

Age - Australia Wide Car Rental will accept drivers from 19 years of age with a $6.00 per day age loading for drivers 19-24 years. No P-Plate drivers can hire. Additional Driver's - $2.00 per day Child/Baby Seats - Child seats can also be provided but we take no responsibility if babyseat is incorrectly fitted. A $50 Cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

MELBOURNE CAR RENTAL

Insurance - All our hire cars are insured. The hirer is given the benefit of this coverage subject to the conditions of hire. There is a collision damage liability (CDL) of $2500 with the above rates in an accident with another vehicle. This may be reduced to $500 by paying an extra $15 per day. This collision damage waiver (CDW) is optional. The collision damage waiver is not available for the Mini Cooper Cabrio. Hirers are reminded that overhead, interior, underbody, windscreen & tyre damage howsoever caused is always at the hirers risk. There is no cover unless our hire car is driven on sealed maintained roads (No designated remote areas).

Additional driver - One additional driver is protected if nominated for $5 per day. A maximum of 2 drivers allowed per contract.

Child restraints - Booster seats, baby seats or capsules are available for $5 per day or a maximum of $30 per rental, each.

Rental duration - Rental day period is 24 hours, extra hours are 1/5 daily rate until daily rate is reached. Kilometer per day of travel allowance is extended at 1/5 of daily allocation per hour until daily allocation is reached. Additional options charge at daily rate after 24 hours. There are no refunds for early returns. Any change of plans including requests to
extend must be notified to our office.

Fuel - Your hire car will be supplied with a full tank of fuel. We ask you to refill the tank on return, otherwise a penalty charge for refueling will be made.

Breakdown - All our hire cars are covered by RACV 24-hour roadside assistance.

Requirements

Driver's licences - All full current Australian and overseas or international licences are accepted. This invitation to hire is for drivers between the age of 25 and 75 years and having at least 6 years licenced driving experience.

Payment - At time of rental please have your current licence and credit card with you. We require the cost of rental plus a $500 security bond . The hirer's credit card must authorise for this amount. The bond is held as security through the rental period and returned in full if no further charges apply. We accept Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard, American Express & Diners. Traveller's cheques for rental payment only.

CANBERRA CAR HIRE

Insurance - All our hire cars are insured. The hirer is given the benefit of this coverage subject to the conditions of hire. There is a collision damage liability (CDL) of $1650 with the above rates in an accident with another
vehicle. This may be reduced to $250 by paying an extra $13 per day (For drivers aged 21 to under 25 there is a collision damage liability of $2200. This may be reduced to $1100). Hirers are reminded that overhead, interior,
underbody, windscreen & tyre damage howsoever caused is always at the hirers risk. There is no cover unless our hire car is driven on sealed maintained roads (No designated remote areas).

Additional driver - One additional driver is protected if nominated (No cost). A maximum of 2 drivers allowed per contract.

Child restraints - Booster seats and baby seats are free of charge when available.

SYDNEY CAR HIRE

One way rental - One way rentals are available for a fee of $90 to the Gold Coast and Maroochydore airport only. Fee is waivered for rental periods greater than 2 weeks.

Fuel - Your hire car will be supplied with a full tank of fuel. We ask you to refill the tank on return, otherwise fuel to refill will be charged at approximately twice the pump rate.

Breakdown - All our hire cars are covered by RACQ 24-hour roadside assistance.

Satellite Navigation - A GPS can be placed in the car for $7 per day - minimum charge $35. Equipment is not covered by insurance and there will be a $700 charge for loss or damage.

This collision damage waiver (CDW) is optional. Hirers are reminded that overhead, interior, underbody, windscreen& tyre damage howsoever caused is always at the hirers risk. There is no
cover unless our hire car is driven on sealed maintained roads (No designated remote areas).
